We may share your personal information with our other group companies so as to provide joint content and services to you, to help detect illegal acts and/or the violations of our policies. 5 - Amendments to this User Agreement & Wasabi Electronics Working mechanism

You acknowledge and agree that WasabiElectronics.com shall endeavor to give you notice for any amendment to this User Agreement that materially increases your obligations or decreases your rights under the User Agreement (“Substantial Amendment”) in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that WasabiElectronics.com at its sole discretion and without liability may make amendments that are not Substantial Amendments without your further specific agreement at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on the Site.

In case of non-payment of fees and/or any applicable taxes and charges by you to WasabiElectronics.com, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of WasabiElectronics.com under this User Agreement or at law, WasabiElectronics.com without liability reserves the right to:

  1. issue you with a warning regarding the non-payment in question.
  2. temporarily or indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership, if you fail to make the outstanding payment within 7 calendar days of WasabiElectronics.com issuing a warning to you.
  3. WasabiElectronics.com also reserves the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of non-payment of fees by you to WasabiElectronics.com
  4. WasabiElectronics.com may take any necessary steps it considers including without limitation legal action for recovery of the outstanding fees and/or any applicable taxes and charges.

Accessing, reviewing and amending your personal information

  1. You can access and review your personal information in the My Account section of the Site. If your personal information changes in any way or is incorrectly presented on the Site you should immediately update or correct your personal information (as applicable) by accessing the “My Account” section on the Site or, alternatively, by contacting our customer support team.
